  I called for service on my furnace -it was working but had an error code blinking. The call center said it would be a $99 service fee or you could join their yearly membership for $150, and then any future service calls would be free. Service call is only them coming to diagnose the problem. Work and parts are not included. I agreed to the membership because I have several projects on the horizon. For a Scheduled appointment they have a three hour arrival window. Service tech scheduler called said tech was half hour away, 45 min later I called service tech scheduler to see if everything was all right , then told 10 minutes out, half hour after that tech arrives. Diagnosis problem, service tech scheduler calls and says it’s wiring thar has to do with running high efficiently and that we are wasting gas and that it would cost $525. I agree thinking this must be a big project. Service tech never left my house to go to truck. Service tech was done in 10 minutes. They charged my card with hardly any details written on the receipt. I called the next day to get a line item invoice. It took 3 calls into their call center but got an invoice that said furnace bypass limit switch installation. I asked call center for scheduler to call me. I spoke with him and asked if they actually installed a part and he said yes. The tech never left my house-not even to his truck-did he have it in his pocket because he didn’t bring a tool kit with him either. They charged me over $600 for a part that costs at most $250 and less than an hour time. $250/hr? I canceled the membership, haven’t gotten the $50 refund yet (still charged the $99 service fee) and am guessing after this review might not. My furnace was always running just had the error code so don’t really know if they fixed it or just cleared the code. I feel ripped off but I tried to give you all the details so you can make your own decision.

  Geoffrey did a fantastic job repairing our furnace for us! Everyone I spoke with at Randall Heating and Cooling was super nice and went out of their way to help. I can understand why they have amazing reviews. It's obvious they genuinely care about their customers. Will definitely use Randall Heating and Cooling again for any heating and air conditioning issues in our home.

  Our furnace was serviced by Geoffrey at Randall Heating and Cooling and we were very satisfied with the service. So when it came time to replace it, we knew that Randall Heating and Cooling would handle it. Geoffrey and his team were fantastic. The installation was completed on a timely basis and the work area was cleaned up and back to normal. Very professional and competent. I would highly recommend.
