  Very professional and polite. Kept to the estimate. Left the house and yard just as neat as they found it. Answered all questions. Finished the job at the time they said they would.

  Terrible business people. Called 4 times over 4 days. Was told they’d be out to the house every day but no one would call or show up. I asked multiple times if my problem was covered under warranty—said they didn’t know. Finally got someone to meet me on day 5 of no AC. Still never mentioned whether my problem was covered, but I didn’t care! I just wanted my air fixed no matter the cost. He gave us a bill and we wrote a check for house call and labor (it looked like it was covered under warranty for the price he charged) but he quickly turned his attitude around and let me know they were doing me a favor and were “eating the cost” and in the future, a bigger problem wouldn’t be covered—turns out it wasn’t under warranty (something never communicated to me until he had check in hand). I didn’t want any favors— I just wanted them to do their job whether it was covered under the warranty or not. I don’t appreciate ANY of this ordeal and this is not how you retain customers. I WILL NOT be back. I advise you to use literally anyone else. I want someone who is honest and doesn’t waste my time having me wait around by the phone for someone who isn’t coming. I also want someone who is knowledgeable and cares about his customers— instead of “I don’t know” or “we don’t know” when I ask a question. I also don’t want to be threatened and scolded like a child by a person I am paying for a service!! How are they still in business??
