I would highly recommend Dennis Williams Heating and Air Conditioning in Russell Springs, KY. We recently had a new Carrier system installed in our vacation rental condo at Lake Cumberland. Dennis and his employees helped us choose the perfect setup for us. With the new system they installed a programmable thermostat which is great because we can have the condo temperature nice and cool for our guests before they arrive! The cost was very reasonable and the customer service has been excellent. Sharon Campbell Burlington, KY

Although Dennis is a very nice person. Our family puchased a new Carrier oil fun ace AND air conditioning to complete our homes central heating and air. This was in 2005 when Dennis business was new, it was on Crockett Rd at this time. Now furnace needs repair and Dennis refuses to repair our furnace. It has broken down no less that 5 times in the last 10 years. Dennis claims he no longer deals with oil furnaces. Yet every Carrier dealer I spoke to also no longer deals with oil furnaces they will however respect and honor the work the did by installing the oil furnace they will still maintain their customer base. I'm sure if I upgraded furnace to full pump or propane Dennis would be glad to sell me a new furnace. VERY UNETHICAL.

Amy, the last time we worked on your furnace was in November 2015. If you have had trouble since then and had called and told us when you called that we installed the furnace, we would have been glad to come out and work on it. We have been called out to work on it three times, and all of it was under warranty. The fourth time you called you just wanted us to check for damage after your basement flooded. Oil furnaces need periodic maintenance, such as oil nozzles and oil filters replaced, and we have never been called out to do that in the 10 years you have had the furnace. The call in November 2015 you said the furnace had quit working, but when we got there it had started to work again. We replaced the nozzle and adjusted the electrodes. This was the first time that had been done. Again, we are sorry you are having trouble with it now, but we would never refuse to work on a furnace that we had installed.
