I was provided relatively quick service. I had a service technician at my home 3 days after reporting a problem. They ordered a part and even found that it was still under warranty when I was not aware that it was. Part was installed and my AC system is working again.

This company has been consistently good for our AC units. We had to replace an old unit and then repair another newer unit. I called on a Friday night after 8 pm. Warley Vital responded within the hour asking what was the most convenient time to come - on a FRIDAY NIGHT! Their team was able to repair the unit expeditiously and it works great. In the Florida heat, it is really nice to have such a responsive company. For sure, I will always use them and recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding services that exceeded all expectations.  We called the company for an estimate for a new AC system, after having had called a few other companies that all said that our system could not be repaired and had to be replaced.  The owner himself came out for the estimate.  Even before coming into our house, he showed professionalism by removing his shoes at the door, without us even asking.  Then, when looking at the current system to estimate for a brand new one, he immediately said that the system was only 6 years old and did not need to be replaced.  He stayed from 2pm to 8pm, repairing my system successfully for a few hundred dollars, compared with replacing a brand new system for almost $10k.  His fees were fair and reflected his overall honesty.  Any other company would just have (and did) tried to sell us a brand new system, especially with scare tactics, such as the freon freezing over then flooding the house if we kept the old system.  This company actually reassured us that it was repairable, and helped us even though it did not profit them the maximum amount.  Now it is working perfectly, like a brand new AC system.  There is no other company, especially nowadays, that could have matched the honesty, professionalism, kindness, and excellence of work of this company.
