  Second time I've used this company. I'm pleased with the service, the price and the professionalism. I think they are honest. When my AC wasn't working he could have said you need a new unit. What would I know. Romane, not sure how to spell the name, explained what was wrong how he could fix it, got to work and not problems now.

  Ramone is nice, friendly and professional. He handled the licence, insurance etc with the HOA, I did not have to get involved. New ac unit great price comparing to other quotes I had. Highly recommended 👍

  Ramone came out and informed us the piping on the unit was aluminum and could not be repaired. To replace the coil it would be $3500 or a new system for $5500. Had him add Freon which ran out on second day. On second opinion, our system has copper piping and is able to be repaired. Not sure if it is incompetence or if he was taking advantage, but buyer beware and get a second opinion. The owner was not helpful and told me she would never believe me and told me if my house is hot to go with the second opinion and good luck. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company. UPDATE: We went with the company who took 2 hours to fix and charged us $300.00 HUGH DIFFERENCE! Yes, we are the owners and I am sorry I wasted 187.50 on Freon, but thankful I got a second opinion which saved thousands. If I could attach the photo of the piping, I would. I thought you would respond with an apology and maybe speak with/train or investigate further, but your response was to tell me, “I’m being deceitful, to go with the other company and good luck!” and then hung the phone up which is why I went ahead and reviewed your business with the facts. Good day.

  OSCAR & KRISTEN thank you for responding after our recent visit.  We take pride in our quality of service and customer satisfaction.  Romone clearly stated that because of location of the leak in your Ac condenser coil repair was not recommended.   Mr. Oscar was aware of the leak and showed where the coil was leaking, he saw that it was in fact a copper coil. It was clearly explained that in order to repair the coil you would have to factor in the equipment’s age, complication to repair, labor cost, coil cost, the amount and type of refrigerant. It would have made more sense to replace the ac unit and save the repair cost (repair vs replace) with our 1 year labor warranty and 10 years manufacturers part warranty. Mr. Oscar then asked how much it would cost to add gas.  He was told if we added the refrigerant there would be no guarantees on how long it would last, because of the area of the leak.  He said to just add the refrigerant to ac unit because he couldn’t get the home owner on the phone.  It was explained to him the probability of the refrigerant leaking out of the system and he agreed and signed the agreement stating that he understood.  In order to provide them with an accurate estimate by checking the square footage of the house on Broward county appraiser.  It was revealed that Kristen and Oscar are the true property owners. This review is very unfair after all the explanation and consultation given to Kristen and Oscar.
