  Caleb with veterans heating and air came out today to replace a fan motor in our unit. He was timely, informative and professional. He was able to answer all of the questions I had and made sure his work area was clean before he left! It is always a great experience working with the technicians at veterans heating and air. Would recommend them for all HVAC needs!

  Love love, love this company. Always incredibly professional, thorough, and just nice to work with. Today was more of the same - called about some concerns with our heating and they made time for me same day. Keith was on time, explained everything, was very cordial, and took notes and photos of everything he did. I would recommend Veterans Heating and Air to anyone and will continue to call on them in the future.

  First, Tara answered my call and was professional, courteous, and listened to what my problem was. She efficiently gathered my information and identified by name, the technician that would handle my service request. Tara also told me the cost of the visit and informed me of a military discount. The tech, Caleb, arrived on time and was professional in appearance and demeanor. He quickly assessed my AC, and identified the problem. He also checked the electrical components to ensure they performed to specs. To top it off, he throughly removed every spider web from the outdoor unit. Caleb did all this while explaining what he was doing and looking for and listening to a veteren's stories. I thoroughly enjoyed the service I received, and know who I will use for all my HVAC needs. Thank you Veterans Heating and Air for being a company I can trust.
