  Chase did an awesome job explaining what he was doing during the maintenance service. It was a pleasure to talk to him. Found out that he had a German Shepherd growing up, whereas I have one now. It was nice to relate through our pets. After the service was completed, we went over everything for my system and I feel confident that Baileys has done a great job maintaining our system. Would highly recommend both Bailey's and Chase for servicing.

  I wanted to take a moment to thank Bailey’s comfort services. It has been a long cold winter. It was a little concerning when you have to contemplate having air or heat and being able to pay your bills. I called different services in the area and out of all of the services I had the pleasure of speaking with. Hank from Bailey’s was not only professional and knowledgeable, but he truly gave great customer service. He checked on me even while I was making a decision making sure not to pressure me but that I am thoroughly informed. He told me not only about the current unit that was in my house but the unit options that were available to meet with his company. Hank is truly a phenomenal sales person because even after he made the sale and the unit was placed in. He took the time to reach out to me and make sure that not only am I OK but happy with the job that was done. Bailey’s has shown not only are they a comfort service but that they are the best in the area . Thank you

  Our heat went out late on Tuesday night. We called Bailey's 24 Emergency Line and was quickly scheduled for a technician the next day. Stephanie from the office called the next morning to confirm our appointment window and was very friendly and sympathetic to my chilly home. About 30 minutes prior to the end of my window, she called me to confirm my tech was ending a large job and would be calling me soon. About 20 minutes later, Hunter called and was on his way. When he arrived, he got straight to work. He was professional, friendly, and very thorough in the inspection. He was able to locate several issues but also got our heat going again, even if it was limping along. I was so thankful! He explained our options and was able to connect with the office to send a project manager out to discuss our options. Enter Hank. Again, professional, friendly and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. He went through all of our options and listened to our concerns and wants. I never one felt pressured, but was comforted that we were making the right decision. Imagine my surprise when I found our new unit could be installed the very next day! Thursday morning brought Sheldon and Noel to my home. They called when they were on their way, and got to work right when they arrived. This team again was professional and friendly and worked throughout the day (and in the rain!) to get the job completed. Sheldon made sure I understood our new thermostat prior to them leaving and if I hadn't been home all day, I would have never known they were there; all areas they worked in were cleaned very well. I would absolutely recommend Bailey's Comfort Services! They made me feel at ease, worked quickly, and was able to get my home warm again before the next cold air blast came through. Many thanks to the Bailey's team!
