  Ventilation Solutions has the best customer service I’ve ever seen in Fairbanks. Richard didn’t only honor the warranty for the damper motor in my hrv unit, he dropped A new one-off to my door the same day I called him. I did not have my receipt from the previous damper motor because I paid in cash. Every other business in town would not take your word for anything they would tell you without a receipt you’re out of luck. Richard went above and beyond I thank you very much for the convenience and your patience for dealing with me over the phone. I would recommend them for any air to air exchanger needs.

  Richard did a great job. They went to my house on a Friday to do a quote. And on a Saturday, which they don’t work, went to my house for an emergency and cleaned and tuned my HRV. They did a great job. Thank you Ventilation Solutions. I would recommend this company for your needs.

  Out of all the services (of all professions) we've experienced in Fairbanks, we give Ventilation Solutions the highest ranking. We used their service twice, first time to add control switches in several bathrooms with an existing HRV, the second time to install HRV system in an older home. We were super satisfied both times. Each time they offer reasonable price for any work done, reliable estimate (no surprising additional cost), completed work within estimated time frame, and leaving the working area clean and tidy. The quality of work done, reliable timing, reasonable pricing, and professional attitude from Richard is unparalleled in Fairbanks. Ventilation Services would be the first one we'll call if we ever need ventilation related services in the future. Highly recommend!!
