  Had my panel on my boiler get fried due to electricity surge. Was being filed on my homeowners insurance. They came out, told them i wanted it fixed with a new motherboard panel, so it will be a smart boiler again, (shows the read outs and all the functions. not a “dumb” boiler as they put it. They had to go “get” parts and come back another time. They literally never came back. I called a few times, left messages. Never got a response and have literally never heard from them again. This was about 2 years ago. They never finished the job.

  There is never a good time for your water to go out. After diagnosing the problem, I called several places around town to find somebody to install a new pressure tank. Rocky's was the only place to call me back, and they were very understanding and helpful. The technicians were friendly, professional, and did top notch work. I would highly recommend them to anybody.
