Stephanie was great on the phone and then Tyler came out within 2 hours. This was after dealing with multiple other companies, failing to follow up after initial estimates. One of those companies told me I needed a new furnace. Tyler, assessed the problem immediately and had everything up a running with minimal cost. I will use them and recommend them to everyone I know. Great experience!

When my blower motor went out, I was able to get it running again, but the noises it was making convinced me it had bad bearings. I called for a replacement, but found that my furnace was too old and the part was discontinued. Wiring a universal motor was beyond my skill level, so I called Vent. They came out the same day, quickly confirmed that was the issue and they even had a replacement motor in stock in their service van. Within roughly 30 minutes, my furnace was working again and they had replaced the blower motor and the capacitor. The price was much lower than I expected as well. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The professionals of Vent are very knowledgeable and were very willing to accommodate any concerns above and beyond normal expectations. I was able to have the onsite duct fabrication done the way I wanted in a record breaking time that fit to my schedule and desires.
