  Clean inside of furnace and install Electronic Air Cleaner. 3 Professionals came on time, kept the area clean, worked efficiently, listened to my ideas and suggestions and accommodated my requests. They answered all my questions so I could understand. I plan on using them in the future for all my HVAC needs. The pricing was very good, much better than other companies.

  The true test of a vendor is their response after they are paid and you need something addressed. After they installed our new Amana furnace we had some concerns. They sent Devin out to address them & he did an awesome job! Will use them again. Happy S&S customer!

  S&S has done the maintenance on my boiler for years, and recently installed whole house air conditioning in my older house in Cleveland Heights. They are professional, courteous, responsible, reliable and reasonably priced. Their routine maintenance is exceptional and their installation work was as well. I would recommend them without reservations for heating or cooling work.
