  The service was fast, friendly and affordable but the most important part was that the technician was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They offer service contracts that are affordable and provide excellent coverage. I look forward to not having to worry about when the last time my furnace was serviced.

  Fantastic experience. Had a check-up done on heat pump/dual fuel system. Technicians were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and personable. They took as much time as needed to answer questions and explain minor repairs/adjustments and options. No upsell pitches, no gimmicks. Just excellent service at a great price. Highly recommended.

  Our oil furnace when up in the dead of winter. Denise was great through out the the whole process, giving us a reasonably bid, following up, and quickly ordering the new furnace. Phillip and his team removed and installed the furnace in less than a day. Velocity is the ONLY company I will use for HVAC in the future!!
