  John Hooks & his crew did an awesome job replacing our A/C and added a heat pump! Would highly recommend! (This was 2017) Once again, Hometown Heating & Cooling didn’t disappoint. My office’s AC was out. The company the landlord normally uses came out and said the unit needed to be replaced (thousands of $$$) and they wouldn’t be able to replace it until the 14th. Working in a sweatshop of 92 degrees or more was miserable. My boss said I could try “my guys”. I called their office Monday afternoon. Hailey was pleasant and said said she’d have someone out the next day. Around 11 am the next day, I got a text that David with Hometown was on his way. He came out but the unit was frozen solid so it had to defrost before he could do anything. 2pm, John with Hometown text to say he was on his way. Did the whole system need to be replaced? No. Parts were less than $200 and by the time I left the office at 6pm I was wishing I had brought a sweater with me! THANK YOU to the whole Hometown Heating & Cooling crew! You already had my business but you now have my boss’s and the landlord’s business for sure! (June 2021)

  John and his team are very responsive. Came out quickly. resolved problems. Kept in communication. Very professional. The repair went so well, I decided to use them to replace and old heat pump. Install went great. Reasonable prices.

  Hometown Heating and Cooling SAVES THE DAY! I reached out to them early this morning and they were here in an hour. John is amazing, professional, responsive, and delivers great value and service. We highly recommend Hometown Heating and Cooing for any HVAC need. Not easy to deal with a hot July morning and you wake up to your AC not working. I called John and he was immediately here. IMPRESSIVE, GREAT WORK,/SERVICE, and just a really GREAT GUY!!!
