I would recommend Vardell’s HVAC to anyone. They were professional and walked me through the entire process.  They had the best pricing and were quick with an entire install( one week from first call to install).  Thanks for the great customer service.

Con alert! My heating unit in the attic went out and I contacted Vardell to come out to fix it. Matt came out and checked and told me that the motherboard was fried so it would cost around $400-500 but then I got it checked from another company under my house warranty which said the motherboard was fine. All the heating unit needed was a bit of service for $60. Look for someone else for HVAC needs!

We called on a Sunday night, Vardells was able to come out the next morning. They had the short in our wiring fixed, and thermostat replaced and set in no time. Great customer service!

The AC went out at our office during a triple digit heat wave. Duane responded to my text within an hour of reaching out and arranged a consult that morning.  He had several jobs going at one time, and somehow managed to complete the install that day. He was very compassionate and considerate of our situation (not being able to work or see clients in an office without A/C) and he made it happen.  I’m very grateful to Vardell’s and their entire crew. They were knowledgeable and professional every step of the way.  I highly recommend their service! You won’t be disappointed.

Vardells was great coming out so quickly to look at our AC unit when it went out on a Friday night and the weekend was set to be 106. After 12 calls and no appts until Monday they came out Saturday right away and provided a portable window unit to help keep our baby cool until they could get a new motor on Monday. The techs were great and very kind. Thank you for the quick and helpful service.

I'm so impressed with this place. I needed a part for my AC unit and was unsure if I was putting it on correctly. Cuz I'm a girl... And Dwayne came to my house and did it for me. Very nice man. Our AC needed a new coil in the middle of a heat wave, and they managed to get here a day earlier than originally anticipated, which saved us from an extra 24 hours of miserable heat. They were fast, and professional, and friendly. They gave us a great rate for our coil replacement, too. We’re extremely grateful for their help!

Okay!!!! We're cooking with gas now! We were out of town over the weekend came home to a 90⁰ house in 113⁰ temperatures we called around and Vardell's responded that same day. With the heat as crazy as it is we were expecting to have to suffer for a few days, but NO! Steven and Tony showed up the next day. Took a look at our unit and were able to replace the motor within a few hours. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and most importantly efficient! They get 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ thanks guys! You saved us. As far as I'm concerned best AC company in town! Best of Yuba City in my book!

My old AC seemed like it wasn't going to make it through the summer so I contacted Vardell's AC.

Dwayne came out to assess the issue the next day, made an appointment to replace the ac/furnace, and got the new ac/furnace installed all in the same week. The techs that came out to do the installation were very professional, knowledgeable, made quick work of the installation, and cleaned up the area before they left.

I'm definitely satisfied with my new ac and will likely be contacting them again for maintenance in the future.

These guys rock very professional on time took care of everything even did extra stuff I highly recommend Vardell’s heating and air
