  Andy has made your mother a priority and does not remember yelling at her. Additionally, we have been to her house multiple times, at no charge, to add refrigerant in order to keep her cool prior to replacement. Since you believe that our families have known each other for so long we are puzzled why you did not call Andy directly to see if there had been a misunderstanding.

  Great service! Scott went above and beyond to look at and change out our thermostat after diagnosing the issue, while also staying to make sure everything worked well before he left. He was incredibly thorough, and the price was fair, too. Happy to say that our AC works better than ever! Highly recommend Andy's.
