  My oil burner decided to quit at 10:30 p.m. during an ice storm. The owner of Valley Heating & Cooling came out right away - even though I was new to the area and not previously a customer. I especially appreciate that, while the fuel pump ultimately needed to be replaced, he tried less-expensive fixes first. I found the quality, value, and professionalism of service to be the very best. Valley Heating & Cooling now has me as a customer for life, and I will highly recommend them at every opportunity.

  Tom came out on a Saturday night to repair our furnace, he was so pleasant and professional and Stacy the girl who answers the phone was just as pleasant and professional!   They were great the lady called me right back set up the appointment right away. I told them I have kids in the house and my furnace wasn't working at all it was throwing off codes. There was oil all over the floor. I had called at least 10 places none of them called me back I went all weekend with no furnace. They sent a guy out couple hours later he was great he was polite I had several problems he explained them all to me fixed them all. He cleaned up all the oil didn't look like anything had spill I highly recommend them I was so stressed out and overwhelmed the lady was amazing the gentleman that came to the house was amazing I would recommend them to anyone they get five stars from me
