  Great experience with these guys. We had a geothermal system installed with full house humidifiers and high end filters. Installation was quick, no hidden surprised and the amount billed was exactly what was in the estimate. A few parts needed to be replaced and the system within the first year(expected with geothermal) and Alex, Cody and Clint were here every time resolve the issue. They made sure that we were 100% satisfied with the system and our purchase. Highly recommend.

  I hired Utah Geothermal to install a ground source heat pump and I couldn’t be happier. Clint and team have been very professional and taken complete care of the unit they sold me. They handled all the construction aspects and their crew was very responsive and cognizant of my house and my family. I highly recommend their company.

  Stay as far away from these guys as possible, they will install a very complicated, proprietary system and when the 12 month warranty is up they will walk away, leaving you with a system nobody can service or maintain. They do not service what they sell after the warranty is up.

  Hi Brian, thanks for letting know of your concern. To be clear, this system was not installed by Utah Geothermal, but was instead installed by a company that we were partnered with previously. If you continue to have issues, let us know and we would be happy to help you, but not as the install company.
