  Nick was nice and courteous. I was out when Nick called to tell me that he was on his way so I rushed home. When I got there I realized that I had left my building keys in my condo and of course the doors were locked. I called my husband who works close to building to come and unlock the door. Nick waited with me patiently and I appreciated that. He could have been rude and inpatient, like so many people are now a days. He checked our plumbing for leaks and was thorough.
