Being a retired builder/ac tech finding this company close to where I live was a lifesaver.  I originally found them on Amazon but, the first unit I picked was already sold.  Instead of going through Amazon I contacted them directly. They supplied me with a used 3 ton air handler and saved my wallet a ton of money.  I went and picked it up at their office instead of shipping it.  The young lady in the office was very helpful and the transaction was very smooth.  The guys that run the shop were very helpful and loaded it up on my truck.  I checked the unit as it was charged with nitrogen just as stated on their website   I installed the unit without any issues and I would highly recommend buying from them.

Usually I am not writing reviews neither positive or negative but Used AC Depot deserve to be mentioned as a very professional company driven by customer satisfaction and not by profit only.  I have received a Trane AC Unit which wasn’t exactly as I thought it will be (human error, miscommunication).  After reporting my concern to the company and talking with Rob,  he proposed to refund the full amount I paid.  Thank you.  I strongly recommend this company to do business with for all of us in need of cooling.  I am located in Long Island, New York (-90 degree now) and unit arrived as scheduled. Thumb Up.

These guys are really something else!
When your A/C bites the dust the thought of replacing it with a used A/C is usually not something that people even think about. Well after my compressor failed  last spring I stumbled across Used A/C depot and after noticing the bang for the buck . thought what the heck i never buy new cars so why pay the outrageous price of a new high efficiency a/c system and i could not be happier. There were a few minor issues but Rob is the Man!!! and really blows me away with how jumps though hoops every time.

I highly recommend AC Depot to anyone searching for a used AC unit. They have been more than willing to help us get the unit we need. Bob was Wonderful  and you can tell he knows his products..He walked me through  the explanation of explaining my system to him to get me exactly what I needed.Mrs Katy answered and explained  the process with me as well.Kudos!!!!!  I will be back to rate  my merchandise once it arrives and get to working .

A neighbor bought a split system from them. Worked like a charm. Nice and cold. People 1st class and helpful. My u-channel is a leaker. I will go there when I can afford it. I assisted in picking it up and etc etc. Train 5 ton 2 stage. Nice and quiet. New air handler.  I'm impressed. Aluminum coils.  Neighbor is happy and cold. It's 95 today. I would rather buy used high quality than new so so quality.

The owner was rude. I tried to see if he would work with me on price. He compared his business to Walmart. (I wasn't aware that Walmart sold used equipment) before I could get the total with tax, he hung up on me. I found another used ac guy and he was fair and courteous. I will not patronize a jerk!!!

Great company and reliable. A part went bad in my used AC that I purchased a several months ago, and they replaced the part for me at a great discount price. They didn't give me the run around like other companies, I explained my problem and they solved it. Thank you😁

I can not say enough good about USed A/C Depot ---what a GREAT company--- a great experience ---and a refreshing change from "local" a/c repair --"businesses" and I use the term loosely--
Everyone at USed A/.C Depot went the extra mile to help us--- and the key--- We had an issue with the first a/c we purchased.   THe Warranty replacement-- the return and the service WELL after the sale ---with information--tips-- do it yourself diagnosis and assistance --- was WELL ABOVE not just another a/c company but any parts or appliance retailer I have dealt with in 48 years and 12 different homes I have owned---and repaired!

I have been in sales 30+ years----and a consumer for far more---I wish every company provided this level of customer service---assistance and genuine desire to HELP the customer NOT just make $.
