  We have been using Promag for many years and have always been so pleased with the service. Each and every technician has always been professional and knowledgeable. Staying true to that service was a new technician Chris Brenson who provided above exceptional service. His thorough maintenance of our system prevented a huge problem and expense. Although we did not walk away free of expense, he did save us substantially and assisted in the best solution for payment. He took the time to really help us understand the best way to be proactive in extending the life of our system. Thank you, Chris and to the ladies in the office who also provide exceptional customer service. Such a pleasant experience!

  Chris is my fantastic tech. Last year he presented the whole house purifier benefits to me and I had him install it. What a GREAT decision! It makes a huge difference in my breathing and has almost eliminated my dusting duties. One of best decisions I have made to improve my living space. Chris is always pleasant and professional. He takes care of my system like it was his own. ProMag couldn't have a better representative for your company. Thank you, Chris.

  In response to the Pro-Mag stating they have no record of doing the work, I do have the receipts as well as the paper work on the warranty. We purchased a villa in which ProMag of Ft Pierce installed a new A/C in May 2018. In Aug 2020 the condensation pump had to be replaced. At the time they re-ran the output line.. Instead of using the existing line that goes out, they re-ran a line through my attic into the gutter.. Now I have problems with water standing where the water goes out the downspout. I also contacted another A/C company, which told me the A/C unit they installed was too big for our small villa. When I called ProMag in Ft Pierce and asked them about it they pulled their records and said they would charge me for a service call to come out. I said why not just ask the installer since you have the notes.. she said no they would have to charge me. So tell me, Can you TRUST a company that wants to charge you to tell you why they did something. In the meantime I now have to hire a handyman to take care of the rut the downspout has created in my yard.
