  Our technician Howard Gordon was Great! He responded to our emergency request quickly and was very professional upon arrival. Howard was very informative on the services he was providing. I would definitely call him again for any needed work. My Technician Paul was awesome and knowledgeable and provided service and communication of what he was doing.   We had a Navien tankless water heater installed by Chris and Zach. Both were extremely professional and did an excellent job with the install. It was well worth going with US Allied Plumbing as they were able to secure a three year labor warranty from Navien (vs. 1 year standard) and included an expansion tank and a condensate neutralizer (neutralizes acidic condensation coming from the unit so it doesn't destroy your plumbing) as part of their very competitive installation costs.
