  My family has purchased [4] HVAC Carrier Systems from Buchner Heating & AC over the last two years, and we would do it again, no regrets! Sean over @ Buchner, along with his Installation Team, were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The product is great, the proposals are spot on and easy to read, and the entire Team is easy to work with. Sean also helped us with a difficult property, that was not a simple system switch. Most folks would not look at the property, shied away after they saw it, or threw a pretty big price tag on it. Not Sean! Not only did he come back when we were ready, his Team Installed a great looking system that will serve us well for years to come. Thank You Buchner Heating, AC & Plumbing!

  From the day they installed my new furnace and air conditioning they have been professional, knowledgeable and responsive. My furnace is almost 2yrs old and the blower was vibrating. They came out the next day, diagnosed the problem and went to get the part to get it fixed the same day. I'm very happy I stayed local and will continue to use them for our maintenance and service needs.

  Brandon was very friendly, efficient, wore mask, and performed a PM in a very professional and thorough way. The service fee was quite reasonable too. Person who set up the appointment in the office was outstanding also. I've been a long-time customer of Buchner and this is why.
