  We're sorry for the inconvenience. By law, our employees are required to take a lunch break. That combined with the staffing shortage we are seeing industry and nation-wide has caused some hiccups.   Hi Ellie, in an effort to cut down on our hold times, we have a new service that allows you to text instead of waiting on hold. You can do things like place an order, check availability, ask about warranty coverage etc. Just by texting the store's phone number! We hope this helps!
