Needed a new Central A/C unit as our old one was worn out. We received a flyer in the mail from Upstate Home Maintenance and called to get an estimate. To keep it short, Morgan was a real pro. Communication whether it was email or phone was prompt. He showed us 3 different choices and once we made our decision he told us 2-3 weeks for installation. 2 weeks later new A/C unit was installed and Morgan was also able to provide us with easy financing. We are very pleased with our choice of using Upstate Home Maintenance. Price was fair and most important he kept his word about his service to us. That is very important to us. We had previously gotten 2 other estimates from other companies. One was too expensive and the other company failed to return our messages to them.

Very communicative and professional! I called because my dryer was giving me a code that it was clogged and kept shutting off. With 3 kids, you can’t go long without a dryer! Morgan was able to come by the next morning and service my ducts! When the problem persisted, he came right back out to try something else. He was so kind, professional, and made sure to clean up after himself. I’m so appreciate of his timeliness and communication. I will definitely be using them again in the future. HIGHLY recommend!

Morgan with Upstate Home Maintenance came to our home to repair a heating system that had stopped working. He was at our home to diagnose the problem in less than 24 hrs. He gave us an exact estimate on the spot and was back the next day with the proper parts to repair our system. He was quick, professional, honest and his pricing was more than fair. I can’t recommend this company any higher!
