  Mike and his team were extremely responsive and professional. He answered all our questions and concerns thoroughly and then when it came time for install, his team was professional and efficient. In one day, we had 2 units installed and not only do they look great but function wonderfully. Mini-Split Specialist had the most aggressive prices around for top of the line equipment. Would (and already have) recommend them to anyone looking into adding a mini split to their home!!

  Mini-Split Specialist is an awesome company. From bidding through installation, I have rarely experienced their level of professionalism. I had a 4 ton, 4 zone mini-split system installed in my townhouse. This was a complex installation with several significant challenges. The team of Tim, Jamie, and Eric never expressed any concerns when faced with unexpected challenges. These guys are professional, smart, experienced, creative, friendly, courteous, and focused. Every obstacle seemed to be a challenge to conquer. And, they always successfully conquered every challenge. Mike (the owner of Mini-Split Specialist) is an honest straight shooter. He exemplifies why supporting small businesses make so much sense. I replaced an old single zone heat pump system. My wife and I are super pleased with the mini-split system. For our townhouse (2 story with a high ceiling in the living area), a mini-split system was the perfect solution to our problem of ineffective heating and cooling. I encourage you to call Mike at Mini-Split Specialist if you need to replace a traditional HVAC system or if you are building a new home. This is an awesome company.

  I had all but decided on the company that installed my home HVAC system over a year ago to install this mini split system in my basement recording studio. Just curious, I contacted Mike at Mini Split Specialist to get another quote. After meeting with Mike and discussing the details of what I needed, he left and shorty thereafter emailed me his quote. I had several follow up questions and he never hesitated to answer my phone call, a was very gracious with his time. Let me also say that early on my intuition told me he was an honest, straight up kind of guy. Of course the install of 2 different mini splits gets rather pricey, so I was still on the fence as to who I was going to hire. After many more discussions with Mike, I decided on Mini Split Specialist and am extremely happy I did. He saved me money overall, and the install went perfectly. The work was clean, neat, and completed within the time frame promised. He even took care of all warranty registration online on my behalf. What more can one ask for! If you're considering a mini split system, don't hesitate to give Mike a call!
