  I have used BK heating and air twice for 2 separate issues. One with the AC and one with the gas furnace in my old house. Justin came out both times and did a great job. Problem was fixed quickly at a good price.

  Our air went out after hours last Friday night. We called Bill Kirkland Heating & Air and someone returned our call in minutes and our air was back up and running an hour later. We were so grateful! Our technician was knowledgeable and professional (and also just a nice guy). I’d definitely recommend this company.

  Called for an estimate to replace my furnace. A rep came by, took some pictures, and said an estimate would be forthcoming. No word for ten days. Called and the receptionist said she'd get right back to me. No call back. Update: After the initial post I did hear from them. They sent me a good quote and quickly revised it when I asked for an estimate for additional work.
