  Mike from Upstate Air showed up on time and in a professional manner. He took a lot of pictures and took time to explain what was going on in each picture. He gave us a diagnosis for what was going on with our furnace and why there was no heat. He explained that a key part was broken and needed to be replaced. He had the part on his service truck and was able to fix the issue right away with no issues. When he replaced the part, our furnace was back up and running and we have heat again. Great job, Mike and Upstate Air!
