Purchased our home in Fall 2013 and a new furnace was installed in the home by Madalena. Recently discovered that the cold AC was not working. Spoke with Gene at Madalena and setup a date. He never showed up. Next day, my girlfriend called and she was basically blown off by Gene via comments to her that everything was worked out already with me and that he would be coming over in two days. He never showed up on the promised date and never called. In fact, we have yet to receive a phone call. For these reasons we do not recommend Madalena and give the lowest rating. We called Metro and they promptly fixed the problem all the while providing us with courtesy phone calls, delivering on promises and remaining within quoted price.
