Unlimited is a misnomer. They are very limited. I can't even rate them on their work because they never showed up to do the work. Rescheduled repeatedly. Calling them was unhelpful because no one helpful was available, just robot. Extremely bad business operation. I had no running water in my house for a week.

The crew at unlimited heating are very personable very professional and very prompt with their services.  They truly are a company that you can depend on

I would really like for the owner to please contact me by telephone. Your office has my number.it is quite important  Thank you.. Install pressure relief valve. Said water heater was hot and ready to use when in fact the water was luke warm. I checked the water heater it wasn't on so checked the pilot light and in fact that wasn't lite. Called office and explained what happened

Kay, I am sorry for your dissatisfaction. As I explained when you called, our plumbers are not able to make repairs to gas water heaters. We are happy to send a gas tech out, however you indicated the water heater was now working. I will take your critic into consideration in hopes we can improve our customer service moving forward.

Everyone at Unlimited Heating is always so helpful and whenever I have a problem they fit me into their schedule as soon as possible!

They are amazing with HVAC, ultra Low freezers and complex system controls.  I highly recommend them for small to medium sized business needs (and they are cost competitive for residential HVAC and plumbing too).  They helped and services my lab and businesses for many years without any issues.

If I could give any lower stars I would these people are unprofessional don’t show up to the job prepared I’ve had technicians come out to my place three times within the last month and the issue is still here the first time a plumber showed up with the plunger to clear my clog sink second time plumber I have not seen one single plumber come in with the snake to clear my clogged drain and now I am being told that I was harassing their office horrible service

Jaime, I don't see you as a client of ours. It appears your issue may be with the rental company you rent from.

Charge you money even they couldn’t get the job done. Wasted my time and money. Service was provided last year.

Truly amazing customer service! They are always helpful and and do great work. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

Total rip off . charge $85 for the work that's standard . then they tack on another $85 for the eqpt that everyone else includes in the cost . like a mechanic saying he will change your oil for $30 and when you get the bill it's $60 because he charged you to use a wrench to take out your drain plug . if they send a kid to watch they want $150 an hour for the crew rate . steer clear of this plumber .
