  We got a sink for our basement installed by McCoy plumbing. They did it quick and very well installed. The sink was a used commercial sink that had been setting. When finished installing IT WORKED ..... NO LEAKS !!!!

  Skip big box plumbing supplies & come to McCoy! Excellent service & customer service! They do a great job, plumbing a bathroom & kitchen remodel, at a fair price, using premium quality fixtures. They are also an excellent resource for home plumbing DIY projects & as a source & resource for hot tub chemicals. I recently switched to enzymes from traditional hot tub chemicals & reduced my cost to operate my hot tub, thx to their suggestions.

  Customer service is extremely poor. They are impatient, irritated, and passive. Most definitely shy of the professionalism i would expect from any individual, let alone a company. I called once to get on the list for an estimate, they seemed stressed and irritated and said I should go with another company due to how far they are booked out. I let them know I was not in a hurry but they insisted. My friend then spoke to the owner and the owner asked me to go ahead and get on the schedule. I called back and relayed this information. This made them a bit more receptive and they said they would get me on the list. This was July 28th. I called them back today, Sept. 14th , and spoke to a different operator simply to check in knowing they were probably still a long way out. I experienced the same lack of professionalism. They informed me I wasn’t even on the list. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of organization and customer service provided from this company. I have no interest in allowing a company to work on my home when they are unable to manage a schedule.
