  I am VERY Happy with the work Keith and David did for me couple weeks ago. My furnace quit working on one of the coldest nights of the year and I had pipes that busted. I called Universal Temp. Outside business hours and Keith was very quick to respond and was at my house within 30 minutes of calling him!! Keith wS able to get me a new furnace and him and David had it installed within a couple days! :) Keith was very fair on his price for furnace and emergency services. Being a single mom I REALLY appreciate the fact he did not try to take advantage of the situation during this very stressful and difficult time for myself and children. I highly recommend Keith and his services, thanks again guys!!!!

  Keith did a great job of working with my insurance company to help them understand how my old system failed resulting in a good portion of my new system being covered. My new system is a high efficiency combi-boiler that also replaced a 17 year old water heater tank. The instant hot water is wonderful and I'm looking forward to lower gas heating bills next winter. There were some control issues uncovered when starting up the new system but Keith and his team worked doggedly to resolve them. While he was at my house he noticed an outdoor hose connection was leaking and he took care of that too. Keith and his team have a lot of professional pride and it shows in their work.

  Had a tree take out my power line over the weekend and it damaged the meter and pole on my garage, so the power company wouldn't turn my power back on until repaired. Keith responded to my call very quickly on a Sunday. He advised to wait until Monday to save money and even gave me a first time customer discount. He kept me updated on his progress throughout the day while I was at work and got it fixed quickly first thing on Monday.
