  My mother’s furnace went out a few days ago, Mr Klein came out gave her an estimate, and she went with them. Today his team came out and removed the d furnace, installed the new one, seen that she had a leak in her water heater and fixed that, she mentioned her water pump leaking, and they fixed that, all for the original quote, and not a dime more! This is is what professionalism is all about. My mom told me about how they started in the morning and finished at 3 pm and did t take a lunch. I’m 4 hours south and can’t make it up north right now so when I hear her speak so highly of Mr Klein and his team, I knew I had to say Thank You.

  Made a phone call on Saturday about our water heater not working. Sunday the Gilchrist representative arrived and fixed our water heater! Quick response - very appreciated! Hurrah for the return of HOT water!
