  I had a great experience here. The staff was very helpful and answered my questions about two machines and got my order together quickly. Very friendly staff!

  I went here to get a furnace filter. I was polite and courteous. I was having problems finding one that fit and asked twice if I could bring it back. She said yes. I brought it back 10 minutes later and that’s where it went downhill. The woman behind the desk became rude and obnoxious telling me how I was causing her trouble. I said “What?” She told me not to worry all the trouble was for her. I needed a refund for a filter under $6.00!!! That’s right. She took forever had me sign again for a transaction I thought was a credit and told me I would have to come back Monday with my cc for the refund. I live 25 miles away. Her cohort joined in saying they didn’t do refunds to homeowners!!! I mentioned I had just been there and was told it would be no problem. They forced me to take the filter and on my way out she started screaming at me and cussed then said she would never give me a refund. The filter was under $6.00!!! Crazy place.

  Bright, clean store with the largest inventory in the area. Luke was very helpful and patient both on the phone and in person. Will do business with again. Thanks.
