      Rude staff. Purchased a 50 dollar air filter that was the wrong size. Politely Returned it box unopened 2 week later. Would not return my money and acted like they could care less. Horrible customer service. It cost them a lifetime customer. I recommend not doing business with them.

      Great hvac supplier always been very helpful at the cartersville location a lottle slow sometimes when busy but that is understandable.
