Had Weaver to come and perform a full duct cleaning on my system. They also installed a GPS system to help and sanitize the air in my home. The crew was very professional and on time. They explained everything and took pride in their work. Top notch job by this company.

The technicians at Weaver are very knowledgeable and professional. The office staff is very friendly. We have had a great experience with this company until this last maintenance. We had a misunderstanding with the billing and had to speak with one of the owners, Jessie Weaver. Jessie was very unprofessional in her handling of this situation. A course on conflict resolution might be needed for this owner. Unfortunately, after our maintenance contract expires we will not be using this company again due to Jessie’s unprofessional behavior.

We had Weaver install our HVAC in our new home two years ago. And we have had them do our maintenance over the past two years. We have had only excellent service from the technicians who have serviced us. This month we had Jonathan and he was very professional and very knowledgeable. If the rating was just for the technicians the rating would have been a five. However, this year our cost for the maintenance agreement was higher than last year so we had questions. We were told we needed to speak with Jessie, one of the owners. Jonathan called the office and we spoke with Jessie. She is probably one of the most unprofessional people we have ever dealt with. Instead of trying to explain our questions she proceeded to tell us that Weaver never wanted to do our house in the first place, that her fuel cost was x amount each month and she couldn’t be giving away free things. Then proceeded to say she could recommend another HVAC company in our area. Our initial question was regarding the filter cost. When building our home we were not given a choice on who to use - the builder made this choice. Needless to say we won’t be doing business with Weaver all because of Jessie and her unprofessionalism.

Ms. Veal I am sorry we were not able to communicate effectively. Due to the numerous price increases we have had to reduce the radius of our service area. Unfortunately, due to the distance and gas prices we had to increase our price by $15. I’m sorry that this was not acceptable.
