I have used this company for furnace maintenance for years. When we felt we needed to replace our 19 year old furnace  Rob came out and gave us a bid promptly. Two very nice young men came out to install it. They answered all my questions and seemed very knowledgeable. They also helped us download the “Jetson’s “ like phone app!  They respectfully wore masks at my request. In general,  I felt comfortable with them in my home.

This company is fabulous. We've used them for years. They are helpful when you call, they're on time when they arrive, they always have the nicest people who work for them, and they provide a great service at a reasonable price. I’ve used United for ductwork install, chimney liner replacement, repair of AC and most recently installation of a complete AC and furnace replacement. The technicians they use are professional and the services are reasonably priced. The two guys who did the AC and furnace install worked in 100 degree heat to get the job done. No complaints. Our old house needs someone like them. Highly recommended.

I had no idea what to do when our AC went out. I remembered United and called them. Tech came the next day and told me a new AC was need and the service department would help get everything setup. From my first time talking with Mark I knew I made the right decision to use United. No pressure just gave me options to choose from in my price range.
The installation team Kyle and Isaac got to my house  early and were done with my new furnace and AC unit in no time. Both were friendly and took time to show we how to use the new thermostat. Plus took time to explain the whole process and my paper work. I also like that I was able to log on to the company website and enter my invoice number and pay with my credit card. So no one had to take my information. Plus the company has a program if needed where you can finance for 18 months zero interest.
Definitely will be using them for all my services in the future.

In our current society, people either don't have the time or they dont care to show empathy to other humans.

My furnace wasn't workjng and my house got down to 48 degrees. The last three nights were beyond miserable.

I spoke with Diane who immediately had Donald come to my home. Not only did he fix my furnace but he was just as kind..

John came out with a good overview of what the work would entail with a cost. The tech, Justin, made contact with us and was at the house in 20 mins. Got our new A/C unit and A-Coil installed, tested and explained to me, what he did. Great job and very happy with the work.
Just a note, though. John mentioned bringing out 3 bags of mulch to work in around the new base. Justin must not have gotten the word, but I’m still happy with everything else.

There is no other heating/ cooling and plumbing company I would trust.  They are the best and most honest company we have dealt with. We are very pleased with the installation of our new furnace, A/C, thermostat and water heater from United Heating and Cooling.  We got bids from several companies but found United to be the most reasonable.  John, salesman, was very responsive and knowledgeable.  He provided us with several options and explained them well.  Isaac and Kyle, installers, were courteous, efficient and thorough.  They took care to leave the area clean.  It took them only seven hours to install the the equipment we bought, and everything works great.  We highly recommend United Heating and Cooling to everyone.

I recently bought a home that had an older outside unit from United heating and cooling. Naturally, I call them to service the unit once it began having issues. I called and had someone come out same day ( a weekend) as an after hours emergency visit. The tech who came was incredibly short with me and was only looking to sell a new unit.He asked to used the bathroom which was inappropriate as it wasn't a quick use.  He removed the breaker and put it back in incorrectly once we told him we would get a second opinion ( done purposely). He quoted a ridiculous amount for a simple recharge and proceeded to connect us with sales for a new unit altogether. He kept pushing a new unit and exaggerating the immediate fix for profit. I had another company come out and service the unit , listen to my concerns, educate me on my unit , explain and make recommendations. They fixed it and pointed out where you guys fell short. I will be purchasing a new unit and furnace from them going forward. Honesty and integrity go a long way.
