  Valuable information & resources for housing for those affected by Covid. Worker super helpful! Front desk help could be a bit friendlier. Helped my daughter & her husband with their sewer troubles after the purchase of a new home with major sewer issues. Great resource for those in need!!!

  These people are great at helping the homeless and U understand their job !!! Sherry needs a pay raise for being a great counselor.

  I went to UBAOG to seek assistance, was promised that I would get it. I scheduled an appointment, went to the appt. was told " Oh I wondered why you were still on the scheduled, we ran out of funds" then was told "we can help another way, oops sorry you are over budget." How can someone be overbudget if they are seeking help? Poor satisfaction, and customer service.
