  My technician, Kenny, just left. He has been taking care of my furnace and AC for years and when the company he used to work for changed hands, he started working for US Mechanical Services. Kenny is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. It pleased me hearing him speak on how impressed he is with US Mechanical and how they are top notch and a superior company all around in his book. I tend to agree….Karen was able to get me right in and arrange to get my furnace checked over for the upcoming cold season. I feel like a friend has my back.

  This group is pretty fantastic. Guys are fast, supper knowledgeable and easy to work with. Found them when we had to make a few calls on our older system that they didn't even install and where johnny on the spot. Prices are competitive and they very professional. MOST DEFIANTLY would recommend

  My Grandmother’s furnace went out and we called US mechanical because of a referral from a friend. I am so glad that we did. Kenny was our main contact with US Mechanical and did an exceptional job. He was kind and very warm towards my Grandmother. He was also very knowledgeable about the products they sold and the process of the installation. We let him know she was hard of hearing and he adapted to that and made sure she could hear him and that she understood the aspects of the installation. They made her feel comfortable in her own home and she was very grateful and appreciative of that. Her new furnace works great and we will be telling all our friends about US Mechanical
