  The company I work for just became an independent American Standard dealer. We all went down to receive some product training and get a tour of the facility. I for one, am excited to begin installing these units. They look fantastic and are certainly top of the line. As far as the facility itself goes, evreything seems well laid out. The parts floor looks well organized, they have a good stock of their units in the warehouse and have a good selection of clearance units as well. The staff was quite friendly and welcoming I'm excited to do business with them in the future

  Although initially disappointed by a lack of customer service, follow-up from company management was impressive. Management’s follow-up phone call convinced me they do really care about serving customers well. As a result I modified my review to appropriately reflect a much more positive end result.
