  I will just start off by saying my initial experience here was not good at all. I had multiple employees here stand me up, not call when they said they would call, and show up without telling me they were coming. Chad, the owner got involved, and he was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure we had heat in our home. They brought heaters when we needed it, and came at any hour we needed them. In the end, they will make sure you're taken care of, and I do think my experience was a one off. But they made up for it, and I would go with this company again when we need maintenance on our furnace again. Thanks Chad!

  Imagine it being Christmas Eve and negative temperatures, when a tenant calls you to say their heat is out. I called so many HVAC companies! Many I've personally used in the past to no avail. Not even a return call from most. TPCC was the one only one willing to even look at the furnace. They showed up within 2 hours and were able to get it running, using a part on hand, until a new part arrives after the holidays. They offered space heaters if it fails over the holidays & weekend, before the new one arrives. As a Manager of 170 rental properties and owner of several rentals of my own, I've honestly never been so impressed! My tenants are happy and warm. I asked if I needed a new furnace. They were honest and told me a new motor should fix it permanently, when the part comes in. I'll be using them for all my personal properties moving forward. I'm going to recommend them to the Property Management company I work for as well. I hope they can service my own home when needed! If you're looking at their reviews, trust all the others who took the time to say thank you. I sincerely appreciate your response and professionalism!

  From the top down, Chad, Joerg and Installers all have been great to work with. Pricing was excellent and the install went great. Highly recommended!! If you are looking for any HVAC work, these are the guys to call. Will definitely be using them again on future projects. Thanks TPCC!
