  Our thermostat was not performing correctly due to our house remodel where the contractor had to remove the thermostat from the wall in order to remodel that part of the house. We called Turneys in the middle of holiday week with bad weather and tornados and despite them being super busy, the owner Mark got on the phone and spent half an hour walking us through re-programming the dual fuel thermostat so that it functioned properly. What patience he had! We want to highly recommend Turneys for all heating or cooling work no matter if you’re an older customer, they will treat you like gold!

  Over the years, we’ve needed a few maintenance calls, and just today we had a brand new unit installed. I wouldn’t think of calling anyone else. These guys are professional and respectful. I appreciate them completely.

  We had to have a new unit put in about 5 years ago and they were very quick on getting it put in! We were very happy with everything! Everyone was very nice to speak to and deal with through the whole process! Would recommend them to anyone!
