  On a holiday weekend the folks at Tuffy’s were very responsive. Helped get the furnace running even if on emergency heat. Jason identified the problem and will look into the warranty coverage as soon as he can on Monday. Good people, professional and very fast to respond.

  My neighbor referred me to Tuffy’s, after getting a couple of estimates We decided to give Tuffy’s a call. We used Tuffy’s to replace the central ac/heating unit. From the initial phone call to the install everyone was awesome to work with. We are extremely pleased with the service and the unit. Highly recommend! Brock, Austin,Jaden and Cody came to do the install they were very personable and polite and did a fantastic job. Sat with Steve and Brock about cutting down dust in the house and came up with a double filtration system which they customized for my needs. Nadine helped with the finance options very courteous and professional. Would highly recommend calling Tuffy’s before overpaying the over advertised other companies. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Across the board! Thank you
