  We’ve been doing business with Daffen for a couple of years and they continue to amaze and please us with their work ethic and fantastic customer service. Zach is our Tech and is a pleasure to work with! He was very upfront about being “new” to the job, but qualified that by saying, “I do know enough to ask for help if I need it”. We knew he was our Guy right then! Zach and his boss, Jon, came out last Fall to help us with excess humidity in the attic and gave us great advice and options. They were a BIG help! Everyone at Daffen has been great help from the first time we called them. Thank you All!

  I can't say enough great things about Chris and the team at Daffan! Moving from Houston, where we had great A/C service techs, it was tough finding someone here in the Aledo area that we could trust. We'd just had a bad experience from another company that unnecessarily replaced some of our factory parts with cheaper parts. I asked a trusted friend for his recommendation and Daffan was his response without hesitation. From the first meeting with Chris, we knew we'd found a reputable and trustworthy company. He treated us like friends and gave us his honest assessment of what we needed to have done and, just as importantly, what we DIDN'T need to have done immediately. We felt so confident about our experience with Chris that WE asked him about signing up for their annual maintenance program before he had a chance to mention it! If you are looking for an honest and professional team that will go above and beyond, I highly recommend Daffan Cooling and Heating!!!

  My husband and I decided to call Daffan for a third opinion after our AC kept shutting off. We received a quote for over $1200 from a previous company and wanted one more look before we spent that kind of money! Chris at the Weatherford location was able to come out the very next day and determined that we did not need that part replaced and it was a simple Fix. He was quick and informative and I am extremely appreciative of his honesty and integrity. You can tell this is not a company trying to make a quick buck. We will be using Daffan for our future AC needs.
