Adrian is a trustworthy professional and I trust his advice on what is needed for the upkeep of my HVAC system. He always provides options and his attention to details when it comes to customer service is unmatched. For me, the only reason I signed multi year contract with True Home is because of the pleasant experience in dealing with Adrian.

Tru home is great, very professional and great at what they do. Our technician, Adrian, always figures out what the problem is and works very hard to fix it. Unfortunately the previous owners of our home had a really messed up AC system so we have had a lot of issues with it and Indont know what we would have done with out Tru Home. They also have great availability, even on weekends, so we have never had to wait long for service. I 100000% recommended them.

Technician was VERY professional,  knowledgeable, explained what needed to be done, and did the work.  He showed me pictures from up in the attic along the way.  This is the BEST Air conditioning/Heating company I've ever used.  They will definitely be called on again for us.

We have been calling on True Home for over 5 years for our HVAC needs, as well as our new Patriot whole house air purifier.  True Home never disappoints us and they always exceed our expectations with every encounter.  Their people and customer service are excellent, their maintenance program is awesome, their products and parts are of the highest quality, and their overall care and concern for their customers are their first priority.

Aidan is their representative and technician that came out to our house today to help with our broken AC and he was wonderful.  He diagnosed and fixed the issue immediately upon inspection.  He was very knowledgeable and professional.

Everyone from Aidan, to Joey, Louisa and their entire team are notch!

Jose was very meticulous and going through our HVAC system and providing a full maintenance in addition to making sure that we had the information needed to run our system in the most efficient way. Very professional and cognizant of keeping areas clean after working in them. Highly recommend them and will use them again.

This was my final maintenance check up on my three year contract. The company has decided to no longer provide service in my area because of the distance. I am quite disappointed as Joey, the regular technician that serviced my HVAC/AC is such a great guy and is totally trustworthy. I’m going to miss him.

Jose found a large accumulation of Sheetrock debris in our filters, and recommended that we change the more frequently than our scheduled service covers. He found and replaced a failed capacitor in our AC unit. He was very thorough, friendly and certainly had our best interests in mind.

Had a very poor experience with this companies customer service over the phone. We requested an HVAC inspection which they charged $150 for. Inspector said we had issues with the furnace and he need to immediately unplug and stop operation of the furnace, which is fine and I was glad he caught the issue. He recommended a furnace replacement for $6,700. We had another HVAC company come out and double check the work and they had trouble finding any issues and should call to get more information and a CO2 read out (they quoted a furnace replacement for $4000). So I called true home HVAC multiple times to get a CO2 read out of the furnace or pictures of the issue the inspector described as faulty or of concern, left multiple message and spoke with a lady who said shed get back to me each time I called... have yet to get any call back. Hopefully this reaches you, thanks!
