    They were able to get us in within hours of our call. Tech showed up on time, well dressed and presentable. He was knowledgable and well spoken and communicated the issues of our system both very technical and in terms easily understood. Even if it wast great news. I am personally thankful for our tech, as we have been dealing with a home warranty company prior to this. They had sent two different techs at two different time and both gave different explanations as to why unit wasn't working. None of which was the actual problem. I can not recommend this company in any higher regards.

    BEWARE! I have a home warranty. Tropical A/C will take the service call money and fill the unit with freon at $75 per pound and then tell you that almost everything is not covered by the warranty. I asked for a recall appointment since it was 90 degrees upstairs just 2 weeks after they came out. Since they knew they were not getting more money from me, they said they couldn't come out for 10 days. I waited the 10 days and took the day off and they never showed. They screened my calls and would not answer, but they did answer when the home warranty company called. I would not recommend them. 2/19/19 Addendum: It took you a year to reply to my post, that says it all... Most of what you have posted is completely untrue. You must be confusing me with someone else, this all occurred a year ago. My home warranty has answered and paid on every one of my claims timely (just paid for a new dishwasher). Your hostile response, however, is completely in line with what I remember of your service. Not to worry, I have an excellent air conditioning repair company now and won't be calling you ever again.

    Mrs. Sharon, I apologize for your experience, but I believe you are being a little unfair. Your issues and complaints were with your home warranty company. We were stuck in the middle between you and your home warranty company. We followed YOUR warranty company's protocol and performed the work that YOUR warranty company authorized. When you contacted us to tell us that you were still having problems we told you to contact your home warranty company so they could issue a new work order to us since the original work order had already been closed out. You refused. You demanded that we return to your home despite not being authorized by your warranty company to do so. We explained to you that we can not do ANYTHING without prior authorization from your warranty company. You persisted to demand that we come out to your home even though we wouldn't be able to do anything without your warranty company issuing a new work order to us. You continued to call, and call, and call us again and again and we tried to explain to you every time what you needed to do in order for us to help you. You persisted in your refusal and continued to make demands. You have a terrible home warranty company and you know it. Unfortunately, our hands are often tied when dealing with warranty companies and their procedures MUST be followed in order to get complicated issues properly resolved. We handle around 2000 service calls a year and the vast majority are resolved in less than 24 hours and the remainder usually in less than 48 hours. We make every effort to make everyone happy and comfortable as quickly as possible, but warranty company calls are a different process and they often take longer to resolve not because we are dragging our feet but because they warranty companies drag theirs. Again, I apologize for your experience and i wish you all the best in the future. Thank you
