  Keith was diligent and thorough in inspecting my HVAC unit and figuring out possible causes for why it had not been operating effectively. He explained his observations and took pictures so that I could see what he was describing. He presented me with ways to approach the issue without the sole intention of trying to make me spend the most money possible. Appreciate his honest and hard work.
