Triple E has been helpful, friendly, and professional every time we have had to contact them. They installed a new HVAC system for us over the summer and provided great service, including helping us with rebates. In addition, they included service for our new system as part of the installation. When Triple E came to provide its quarterly service, the tech discovered that the heat system had not been installed with the new system as it had been out of stock in the summer, and they sent a tech out a week later to install the heat system with no additional charge. Triple E is staffed with nice people who do good work.

They were super responsive to come out for a diagnostic on our gas furnace. The tech was very nice and the diagnostic fee was reasonable. However the tech told me a part that was broken, the office reached out with a quote only to replace our entire unit at an astronomically high price. All equipment costs were $8000 and they wanted to charge $19,000 for parts and labor. On our own we discovered that it was a broken part but not the one the tech said, and for $115 we now have a working furnace

I am so sorry we let you down. It appears we misdiagnosed the problem with your furnace. We appreciate you letting us know so we can continue to improve. I will get with the service tech to see where we went wrong. I have already refunded your diagnostic charge although it may take some time to appear on your statement. I did want to clarify that there were 4 options on your proposal and the one you referred to is the top of the line. We had options for you as low as $8629 installed. However, I am happy you were able to get your system repaired for much cheaper. All the best, and again my deepest apologies!

Mario did a great job. He was able to diagnose the problem and repair it quickly. He also took time to explain the issue so I felt confident that he had resolved it.
