Had our furnace and duct work replaced. We had Tim out on Tuesday to take a look; he diagnosed something with our furnace that four others vendors had failed to catch over the last 2 years. Gave us a good estimate and even arranged the asbestos removal vendor in conjunction with their service. The install was 2 days later by Anthony and Devin. Great guys who worked hard getting it all done and answered all of our questions. Trifecta is our go to for Heating and HVAC; you won’t be disappointed.

I really enjoyed meeting the techs John and Shawn.  They came and repaired my furnace by replacing my computer board, which cost $750.  It was a lot more expensive than I thought and they took the old parts which I wanted to keep, but the heat works and they seemed like good guys.

Awesome experience with this company.  Technicians were able to arrive early for my appointment and I was called to make sure this would work for me.  They were very respectful of my property.  Cleaned up everything and left absolutely no mess.  Very nice technicians.  Quick and easy.  No upsell.  I will definitely use this company again.

Anthony from Trifecta came to my home today to change out a copper condensate drain tube and repair flue system.  He was right on time and very professional explaining everything he was going to do.  The installs were done extremely efficiently and also important to me very, very neatly.  I highly recommend them for any heat and/or air conditioning issue, repair, install or upgrade.

Personable repairman, wore a mask and booties on shoes inside. Arrived on time and explained all procedures as he did them. Repaired my A/C and performed maintenance and checks.  He had not been informed I wanted a thermostat installed so I had to make another appointment for next week to complete that.

The installers Anthony and Devon were top notch. The follow up team of John and Sean were also pros, top notch and did a fantastic job. Hugh at Trifecta was also very helpful with answering all our questions and any concerns.
Trifecta also installed the new NEST thermostat and all I can say is wow! The NEST technology brings us into the modern century and these guys knew how to install it. Perfect job, transaction and quality equipment.
Above the quality and craftsmanship and on time installation, they were all very kind and polite. Throughout the install the Trifecta team wore masks and practiced safety standards. I highly recommend Trifecta for your HVAC needs.

It was a great experience from start to finish. I received prompt replies to any questions, the estimate was spelled out clearly and the work was completed quickly as soon as the permit was approved. I am really happy with Trifecta’s service and I also plan to use them for the regular system maintenance. Everyone I talked to or who came to my home was very nice, professional, and personable.

I so highly recommend Trifecta.  Late last year we had our entire house rezoned and tubing in air ducts replaced.  Trifecta team was so awesome and Anthony did a great job on the install.  We also at this time last year added a Quiet Cool fan and Anthony again did a great install.  Last week we discovered our 25+ year old heating and AC units were ready to be replaced.  We called Trifecta again and once again they didn't disappoint.  I was so happy to see Anthony again walk in and felt great knowing he would be leading the charge in replacing these.  He and Nathan worked so hard all day and night to complete the job and today we are enjoying a quiet heating unit that is keeping us warm!  Thanks to the entire Trifecta team, from initial visits to diagnose, calls to schedule and pay and then installs, you have exceeded our expectations in doing this big upgrade/replacement in our home.

Our experience with Trifecta Heating and Air Conditioning has been excellent from obtaining a quote (Danny Luff) to have the duct system for the HVAC in our house  replaced (Anthony and Nathan).   Danny Luff visited our house and thoroughly explained how the ducting system is replaced.  He gave us a great quote and was able to give us a quick install date.  Today, our installers (Anthony and Nathan) introduced themselves and commenced to lay down drop cloths to protect our wood floors.  They worked hard all day, tearing out the old ducts, installing new ducting and one new register in the guest bathroom.  They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves, even sweeping the floor where there was no drop cloth.   When they turned on the furnace, it was amazing how strong the warm air was!  Our home will heat more quickly and the furnace run less time.  We are also pleased with the proper materials that were used.  It is so nice that we received a quote for the replacement of our ducts with excellent materials for half or more of the quotes that we received from competitors.  We highly recommend Trifecta for service to your furnace and/or air conditioning unit(s).

Great service! I was preparing my heater for winter and smelled gas so quickly turned off the gas and called the pros. Sean and his helpful colleague (sorry I forgot his name), were right on time and professional. They ran through my system, checked for leaks and explained ways to make it better without being too pushy! I don't often write reviews but thought they deserved a compliment.
