  We have had D-Air do a lot of major work. Their work is excellent and when there were any issues they have ensured that we were satisfied. Office staff is always very helpful. We recently got the service plan for the central air for my mother’s house. The first inspection found damage to our heater due to poor installation. They replaced the heater, AC coiled, and corrected the installation problems in half a day at a reasonable price.

  The overall experience was poor. The instillation was super late, which would later cause problems. That later problem was our tank ran out of the fluid it needed to stay cool. They are rude. They stated they had no idea when they would be out to fix it. I asked, " A week, a month? How long?" He said, I don't know when we'll be out to fix your a/c unit. I'd give a zero if I could. I swear they are a SCAM!

  They did amazing job. We just had a central air system installed. Their prices compared to Costco and Home Depot was very good. We got a high end Lennox system for much less than the other competitors. The installation was professional and looks great.
