  I purchased this (fixer upper) home that had a severely neglected Natural Gas fireplace (used to be a rental property). The tech said the fireplace was probably never serviced before, which from the looks of it seemed extremely likely. On the first trip, they did a full clean, inspection, and servicing job. Wow, I can't believe how clean the fireplace glass looks now. Brought the 20+ years old thing back to life. Tech recommended to just be mindful of all the other parts being old but that everything was fine. I was so satisfied with his work that I went ahead and got a quote to change the gas valve and pilot assembly. That way, I never have to worry about it again other than yearly maintenance. Tech came back on the second trip and finished the whole job. Very happy with the finished job, one down, a dozen projects left to go...

  My heat pump stopped working properly at the coldest time of December. Tri Tech sent a tech out that day to diagnose the problem. Mason was fantastic! He was efficient, kind and very thorough. The problem was found and the replacement parts ordered. Mason was out the day after they arrived to install the new parts. Truly a great company!

  Less than a month after we moved to the area, our furnace stopped working - while we were traveling and had someone staying in our house. Tri-Tech was the only company I called that could get out there that day, and although they quoted me an after-hours time and price, Mason was able to get out there in the afternoon and save us some time and money. He was very professional, clearly cared about his job, and after diagnosing a bad motor was able to cobble together a temporary solution so we'd have heat until they could get the part - something we're very thankful for! I was also grateful that they allowed us to wait until the return trip to pay the visit fee, so that the person staying in my house wouldn't have to front it. I got a call to discuss the fix, and again enjoyed talking to someone who was knowledgeable and focused on what I needed. He did warn me that they're having to schedule return visits pretty far out...in my case two weeks! I requested that they add me to a waitlist in case of a cancellation, and lucky me, Mason ended up coming back out only a few days later. He replaced the motor in about 15 minutes, made sure it was all working, and that was that. Very easy and professional. Overall, the Tri-Tech folks were honest, they were efficient, and they overdelivered on the quoted timeline twice. Good service!
